Does anyone have an example of wording for a Freedom of the Borough scroll that is to be re-issued please.
In 2012 various organisations were given Freedom of the Borough as ‘Servicemen and Servicewomen past and present’
One organisation did not come forward to ask to be included so not scroll was made for them.
We want to give them a scroll now showing it was given in 2012 but with the current date of issue.
