Hello, we are looking at trying to make our Town Council as paperless an office as we can do. I am looking to see if any other Councils have successfully tried and implemented this and would be willing to give pointers on how they were able to achieve the move to an electronic office and how they managed to nudge the more traditional officers in their Councils to embrace the move?
I have heard that Harpenden TC and Stonehouse TC have done this. You may wish to contact them for their experiences? (I dream of such a thing!)
