St Georges Day and a Past Mayors Funeral

Hi Everyone

I am hoping someone may be able to assist. Tomorrow is St Georges Day so we would be flying the St Georges Day flag, however tomorrow will also be the funeral of a Past Town Mayor so we would be flying the flag at half mast to pay our respect.

I am wondering how this would work with protocol. Would we still fly the St Georges Day flag but just at half mast or would we fly our normal flag at half mast.

This is just a suggestion- why not just fly your normal flag at half mast during the funeral and the St George’s Fay flag during the rest of the day
