I am asking this question to any County Councils who are having elections this year. Are any of you organising anything for VE / VJ day?
We are not holding elections. We are holding a short flag raising service for VE Day. Nothing is planned as yet for VJ Day.

Hiya We have local Town Council elections on the 1st of May but still planning on holding a short ceremony led by the Mayor on the 8th of May with the new administration invited to attend.
